There is no CONTACT US button on my pages??
We are sorry for this inconvenience. A very few web browsers will not allow you to view certain .html with actions assigned to them. Your browser may not show, and will inactivate our automatic email response system (the CONTACT US button). Simply email us directly at: HOA@CoventryManor.net.
I'm not receiving HOA E-Mailings.
IMPORTANT: If we had your email, we added you to our subscribers list as a resident. However, if you did not follow the instructions in your Welcome email and confirm that you wanted to be a subscriber member, you will NOT receive our e-mailings.
If you are not receiving emails:
1) Go to the Newsletter Web page. Enter your email address here, read the Privacy Policy and click the box. Then hit "Subscribe". An email will automatically be sent to you for confirmation. Follow the directions in the email.
2) If you submit your email and get an error message, it is possible that an email was already sent to you, If you have any difficulty, send us an email using the "Contact Us" button below.
3)If you opt-out at one point and change your mind. Please re-enter your email as above. If that is rejected, send us an email requesting us to register your email
You do have the option to opt-out of all emails. The emails and newsletters will be sent in "plain text" format to accommodate all users. NOTE: If you choose to opt-out of our e-mailings, you will not receive any future emails from your Coventry Manor HOA.

What is a SUBSCRIBER and why do I have to subscribe?
Under "Enter E-Mail Address" on your Newsletter page, a resident/homeowner can apply to receive our e-newsletters and emails by entering their email address, check marking the Privacy Policy box and clicking on the "Subscribe" button. Your HOA can also add any subscribers we already have by adding their emails for them.

After the resident subscribes, they are sent an email to confirm that they do wish to receive our newsletters/emails. The person then just has to click on a link or copy and paste the link in their browser to do the confirmation.
At the bottom of every newsletter you email out, our residentssee the following:

Onceyou go to the unsubscribe link, you will see a page listing all newsletters you have available. The subscriber can then remove themselves from any newsletter as well as sign up for any other newsletters. Each new newsletter they subscribe to results in another email to confirm they want to be a subscriber.
Unsubscribing from Your Newsletters
To unsubscribe, at the bottom of all newsletters your subscribers receive, there is a link that they can click on to unsubscribe. If you have several newsletters, the link will take them to this same page and your customer can opt in and out of any of your newsletters at once. If they opt into any new newsletters, they again have to go through the email confirmation process.
How do I get the password for some of the pages?.
Your HOA has chosen to password protect some of our webpages that we believe contain Coventry Manor-specific and/or private information. We are very sensitive to our resident's privacy and yet wanted to find an avenue to provide up-to-the-minute information about our Neighborhood.
You cannot change the password. Your HOA board may periodically change the password for security/abuse reasons, and inform all SUBSCRIBED residents through an email.
A introductory post card with information about our new webiste included the password and was hand-delivered to all residents. If you have agreed to SUBSCRIBE to our website, your password can be emailed to you. If you did not receive a password, please click on the CONTACT US! button and simply send us an email. Once we confirm you as a resident/homeowner, we will SUBSCRIBE you to the site provide you with the necessary password. To be subscribed, you must follow the directions in the invite email and confirm that you want to in fact SUBSCRIBE to our website.
When you first try to open a password protected page, you will be asked to enter the password. Some operating systems and web browsers will store your password so you will need to enter it only once or once per session. Other programs may ask you to enter the password for each page each time you try access them. Don't worry, those password protected pages are still closed to the general public.

What are HOA E-Newsletters?
NOTE: This webpage is password protected.
When your HOA has information we need to share with all our residents, we can create a simple email, or very informative and specific Newsletter. With a simple click of a button, we can mass e-mail this information to all our Subscribers through our website.
Here on the Newsletter webpage is all the current and past newsletters. "Newsletters" also refer to general emails that have been batch emailed to all the registered residents.
- This is also the site where you can add a new or additional email address.
- Each email sent has an link to use to opt-out of our subscribers list. If you opt-out of our e-mailings, you can still access the website. IMPORTANT: If you choose to opt-out, you will not receive any future emails from your Coventry Manor HOA.
- Note: For e-mailings, make sure to add listserver@coventrymanor.net to your safe senders list as required by your personal email program.
- Keep in mind that it is the intention of the HOA to keep paper mailings to an absolute minimum. Your HOA prefers to make email our primary venue for all communications.
- All emails will be text only so it can be received by all email programs.

What is the Photo Album used for?
PHOTO ALBUMS: Photos taken at neighborhood events will be uploaded here. Your privacy and safety is very much our concern. No one within the photos will be identified, especially children. We do believe this is a great way to share and remember our fun times and events within our neighborhood. Prospective buyers would probably be very interested in how active our neighborhood is. If you have any questions, concerns, or what a photo removed for any reason, please CONTACT US! via the button at the bottom of each page.

IMPORTANT AREA CONTACTS: Most Common day-to-day Contact names and information will be listed here. No contractors will be listed. The Coventry Manor HOA and residents do not want to appear to be guaranteeing the work or recommending any contractors.

What are Adult Social/Hobby Groups?
ADULT SOCIAL/HOBBY GROUPS: List your active interest group here or one you would like to start up. You are welcome to list groups that both have openings and currently have no openings, groups needing substitute contacts; and groups you would like to start up. You could post upcoming meetings, activity descriptions, etc.
- This is a great opportunity to start a new club and find neighbors that share similar interests as yours.
- This is also a great venue for new residents to get involved and meet people
- What a great opportunity to start a substitution player list for your group, if needed
Your HOA Board knows there are several social groups already active in our neighborhood. We will not add such groups unless specifically requested to do so. CONTACT US! to list your group and any specific information via the button at the bottom of each page.
I babysit and my sibling does yard work, how can I list our contact info?
NOTE: This page is password protected as it lists personal contact information.
We will list youth residents who would like to be considered for their services. Send us an email with your information and a description of your "work" to us via the CONTACT US! button at the bottom of each page. Those under 18 must have parent permission.
Neighborhood Buy/Sell: How do I list?
Here is an opportunity to list garage sales or specific items for sale.
- Have a Garage sale planned...list your date and special items here.
- How about a specific item, like a car, furniture, etc...list it here.
- Home sellers may also list their homes here or just their open houses. Only information provided by residents will be listed here and only at their request.
- Listings should have specific dates of an event or a expiration date for the listing to be removed.

SCHOOL/YOUTH FUNDRAISING: What is this page?
We all know youth organizations and schools rely on fundraising to maintain their existence, in many cases. This site is to let our residents know what non-profit, approved fundraising may be active in our neighborhood by our resident youth.
How does this help our residents:
- Here is an opportunity to know who to expect at your door. Also, how many of our youth are selling the same items.
- You have a favorite item you look forward to buying each year. When you see it listed, you don't have to wait for them to come to you. Simple call them.
- Recently, I had a youth seller from Colleyville knock on my door. Even if I was interested in the item, I definately want to know if one of my own youth neighbors is also fundraising for this activity.

Message boards let you communicate with your neighborhood residents. It allows our visitors to post and read different messages on several different topics. This is a message board available to all residents. Please use approriate message board manners and behavior (ie, no personal attacks, derogatory comments, etc.). Please keep all submissions constructive and helpful. Your HOA has acccess to edit or delete posts. The boards will be "purged" for timely information, web space, and for content.
